How-To Forward Your Phone Calls

In order to forward your phone calls to a district extension:

1. Press the CFwdALL button on your phone

2. Enter the extension you wish your calls to be forwarded to

In order to forward your calls to a district voicemail:

1. Press the CFwdALL button on your phone

2. Press the star key followed by the extension you would like the calls forwarded to

In order to forward your phone calls to a phone number outside the district:

1. Press the CFwdALL button on your phone

2. Press 9 followed by the phone number you would like your calls forwarded to

When you no longer want have your calls forwarded, all you have to do is press the CFwdALL button.

Please be sure to test and make sure your call forwarding is working properly before leaving your phone.

Note: The extension you want to forward to must be the top extension on the phone for this to work
