Employee Service Portal (ESP) Two Factor Authentication

Employee Service Portal (ESP) supports text and email two factor authentication.

1. When you go to the ESP login page you will need to enter the user name and password you created.

2. The phone numbers and email addresses are automatically pulled from your employee information in EMS (Alio). If they are incorrect please contact Human Resources to update your information.

3. If you want to get your Verification Code by SMS; choose your cell phone carrier from the drop-down next to your phone number and click the two arrows. You can also click the arrows next to the listed email addresses to get your verification code that way.

4. Once you get the verification code, enter it into the space provided and click verify.
