I can't login to the network when using my replicator

Make sure everything is plugged in securely on the Port Replicator, laptop, and wall. Check the following on your laptop: USB cable from the Port Replicator is plugged into the USB port closest to the Network port

If correct check the Port Replicator for:
A Green light on the front indicating the power is on.

If no light verify the power cable is plugged into both the Port Replicator and Wall If no light appears after verify connection, put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.

Two lights where the network cable is plugged in.
If no lights verify the network cable is plugged into the Port Replicator and the phone/wall.
If plugged into the phone check that your phone is working.
If everything looks ok put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.

If correct Reboot your computer and try logging in again. If you still cannot log in try the following:
Turn off your laptop.
Unplug the network cable from the Port Replicator.
Plug the network cable into your laptop.
Turn on your laptop.
Verify there is a green light and an amber light where the cable is plugged in.
Try to login.
If these steps do not work you will need to log into the wireless network and put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.
