Make sure everything is plugged in securely on the Port Replicator, laptop, and wall.
Check the following on your laptop:
USB cable from the Port Replicator is plugged into the USB port closest to the Network port 

If correct check the Port Replicator for:

If no light verify the power cable is plugged into both the Port Replicator and Wall
If no light appears after verify connection, put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.

If no lights verify the network cable is plugged into the Port Replicator and the phone/wall. 
If plugged into the phone check that your phone is working. 
If everything looks ok put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.

If correct Reboot your computer and try logging in again.
If you still cannot log in try the following: 
Turn off your laptop. 
Unplug the network cable from the Port Replicator. 
Plug the network cable into your laptop. 
Turn on your laptop. 
Verify there is a green light and an amber light where the cable is plugged in. 
Try to login. 
If these steps do not work you will need to log into the [[How-To_Use_the_District_Wireless_Networks|wireless network]] and put in a SchoolDude ITDirect ticket.
