= Scanning to Google Drive =

1. At the copier, select “ID Number” and enter your six digit employee number.

2. Select "Scan".

3. Select "Scan to Google Drive".

4. Place the paper/s you are wanting to scan. You can place them in the paper feeder on top of the copier face up with the 1st page on top. This option will be best if you have multple pages or 2 sided pages. You can also open the top of the copier and lay your page face down onto the glass if you are only scanning 1 side of 1 page. Make sure you close the lid before scanning.

5. Verify that it is your username listed at the top of the screen.

6. You can change the name of the file at this time if you'd like or you can change the name later after you have scanned it. You can also adjust the scan settings if you need to by clicking Settings.

7. Click "Start Scanning" to begin scanning.

8. At this point you are finished at the scanner. Collect your papers, Click "Logout" on the copier, and return to your computer.

9. Sign into your district Google email. You should have an email from "Scans for PaperCut MF". Open this message.

10. In this message you will be told you need to do a one time authorization of the "Scans for PaperCut MF" application. Click the "Login to Google Drive" button.

11. Select your Google Account.

12. Select "Allow".

13. You should now see a page indicating that you completed the authorization. Close out of this screen and return to your email.

14. You are finished with the initial email you were sent and should now have a 2nd email from "Scans for PaperCut MF". Open this message. If you don't see a new email wait a few minutes to allow it to finish uploading. If you still don't see a new email you can check your Google Drive by going to https://drive.google.com/.
