The Campus Workflow allows your students to get a digital hallpass and to check-in to their classes.

==Preparing Your Chromebook==

Sign into your Infinite Campus account on the kiosk chromebook provided to your classroom.

Once signed in go to your Main Menu and select Attendance Office

Under the Scanning heading you'll find Classroom Attendance Kiosk. Click this option.

Here you will want to select your room number from the Room drop-down.

There are 3 checkboxes that are already checked for you. You can uncheck the boxes a necessary.
Issue Hall Pass - This option allows students in your class to get a digital hall pass from this kiosk.
Take Attendance - This option allows students to check into class when they arrive. It will automatically mark them as present, absent, or tardy depending on what time they scanned in or if they don't scan in.
Allow Hall Pass for Non-Rostered Students - This option allows students to get a digital hall pass if they are not rostered into your classroom. This is useful if a student comes from another class to yours and needs to go back.

Once you are ready click the blue Launch button at the bottom of the screen. This will sign you out of Campus so students are not able to access other tools and a new window will open. Students will now be able to scan in and get hallpasses.
